Before becoming a Certified Life Coach, Kate had been the 'go-to' person for life lessons and advice with acquaintances, friends, and family for years. 

Having spent hundreds of hours reading personal growth books, investing in training, and analyzing her own life, Kate knew becoming a Life and Employment coach was her calling. 

Holding an Honours Specialization from Western University in Women's Studies, Kate has always had a passion for helping people thrive when exiting oppressive situations.  

Her primary focus as a Life and Career Coach is helping people gain clarity and consciously create the lives they truly desire, helping them find the tools they need to create their ideal life, and providing accountability to ensure it actually happens.
